1 1 1/4" black square
1 black word window
1 trio flower (Real Red)
6 1/4" circles (Black)
1 tag corner punch (Pumpkin Pie)
1 each small and large tag punches if you want to add a tag
Score a 3 x 3 1/2" piece of white cardstock at 3/4" and 1 1/8"
Place sticky strip on one side
