The Santa Bag is the 4th project for the 12 Days of Christmas.
I used Whisper White card stock to make this bag with the Holidays Fancy Foil Vellum. The White card stock measures 6 x 11 and the Vellum is 4 x 3-3/4.
You'll need these supplies to make the Santa's Hat:
Clothespin
Tree Punch with Red Glimmer Paper
Word Window Punch with Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper
1/2 Circle Punch with Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper
After I stamped the image from the Cup of Cheer Stamp Set with Real Red Ink I cut it out with the Deco Label Framelits and then added it to a 2-3/4 Red Foil Circle (cut out with the Circle Framelits).

Paper: Whisper White: 100730 -6 x 11, Deco Label (4 x 3-1/2)
Red Foil: 139607 - 2-3/4 Circle (4 x 3-3/4), Dazzling Diamonds
Glimmer: 135315 - 1/2 Circle (3 x 2), Red Glimmer: 121790 - Tree (2-1/2 x 3), Holiday Fancy Foil: 139597 - 3-1/2 x 4-1/4

Instructions
1. Please read instructions all the way through before you begin.
2 Santa Hat: Cut out two Red Glimmer Trees, two Dazzling Diamonds 1/2 Circles and 2 Dazzling Diamonds Word Window Punch.
3. Place three Glue Dots on the Clothespins and attach to tree in middle, turn over and repeat on the back side. Place two Glue Dots on Word Window Punch prices in the middle and attach on bottom of tree. Add 1/2 Circles on top with a Glue Dot placed on the bottom of the circle.
4. Bag: Place the 6 x 11 piece of White Card Stock on the portrait side and score at 1-1/2. Turn on landscape side and score @ 3-3/4, 4-1/2, 5-1/4, 9, 9-3/4, 10-1/2. Fold on the score lines. Turn the card stock so that the 1/2 strip is on the right and remove the small strip at the bottom and then angle the top and bottom of the 1/2 strip.
5. Moving to the left ... cut up to the score line on the next line, skip the middle line and then trim the next ... repeat on the next set of score lines (skipping the middle). Add adhesive and assemble bag.
6. Add the Vellum to the front of the bag using adhesive on the back of the red stripes.
7. Stamp image with Real Red ink on Whisper White Card Stock and cut out with the Deco Label Framelits. Cut out a Red Foil 2-3/4 Circle with the Circle Framelits.
8. Add image to Red Foil with Snail Adhesive and add to the front of the bag with Dimensionals.
